What Is RESET?

RESET is a guided morning experience by the sea. It combines breath awareness, meditation, sauna, ocean immersion, and gentle movement into a single session designed to give your nervous system a real break.

It was created for people who are mentally overloaded, emotionally drained, or simply running on empty. Not for athletes. Not for people chasing performance. For people who need to slow down and actually feel it.

The experience is intentionally small - maximum six participants - and guided in a calm, grounded way throughout. There is nothing to prove here. No sharing unless you want to. No pushing past your comfort. Just a few hours by the water to breathe, float, and come back to yourself.

How the Morning Unfolds

Every session follows the same gentle structure. Each step leads naturally into the next.

Arrival and Transition

Guests are welcomed into a calm environment. Phones away, shoes off. Lemon and mint water is served. The pace slows from the moment you arrive. There is no rush here and no agenda waiting for you.

Silent Grounding by the Sea

The group moves to a quiet area beside the ocean. A guided grounding session settles everyone into the environment through breath, stillness and simple awareness. A soft meditation invites participants to release what they are carrying before the session begins.

Guided Breath Awareness

Foundational breathing techniques focused on belly breathing, relaxed shoulders, and slow nasal breathing. This section is about physical relaxation and nervous system regulation - not performance, not technique for its own sake. The body leads, the mind follows.

SOMA Breath Session

A carefully guided SOMA-inspired breathing meditation. This section allows for deeper relaxation, mental clarity, and nervous system reset. It takes place safely on land in a calm supervised environment throughout.

Integration Break

A short pause with hydration before moving into the heat and water phase. Time to sit quietly, let the breathwork settle, and simply be for a few minutes.

Sauna

A guided sauna session approached as a mindful experience rather than a physical challenge. The heat is there to relax the body, not test it. Participants are always encouraged to listen to themselves and step out whenever they need to.

Ocean Float and Sea Immersion

Following the sauna, participants move into the sea for gentle ocean immersion and floating. The focus is surrender - calm breathing, letting the water hold you, allowing the body to fully unwind. No swimming ability is required beyond basic water confidence. Ocean immersion is optional.

Tea and Closing Integration

The experience closes back on the grass with hot fruit tea and quiet time. No schedule, no debrief, no performance. Just sitting, breathing, and slowly finding your way back into the day at your own pace.

Good to Know

No prior experience with breathwork, meditation or sauna is required. The session is designed to be accessible to complete beginners.
This is a barefoot experience from start to finish. Comfortable loose clothing is recommended for the land-based sessions.
Phones are put away for the duration of the session. This is part of the experience, not a rule for its own sake.
Ocean immersion is always optional. Participation in every element is guided by your own comfort, not group pressure.
Please let us know before booking if you have any medical conditions related to breathwork, sauna, or cold water exposure. We will advise accordingly.
